At The Skin Bar, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 75% full and include all original components.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
